• Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:

• Cosmetics and skincare products (if opened).

• Personal care items (if packaging is broken).

• Food, beverages, or perishable goods.

• Custom or personalized products.

3. How to Start a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. We will send you return instructions.

4. Ship the product back to us at the provided address.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

5. Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
